Meet Mia, she is a 8-month-old frenchie. She is such a smart girl. She learns and adjusts quickly. She is tiny but mighty with a whole bunch of puppy energy. She does really good with other dogs but she can be jealous of children- ideally, she would do best in a home with no children under the age of 12.

She goes to bed around 10 where she sleeps in her crate to avoid accidents. She does great until it is time to wake up, when Mia wakes up – everyone needs to wake up. She is 80% potty trained but with some time and patience-she is on the right track to being fully potty trained- because of how smart she is, she will be trained with no problem. She has minimal accidents in the house but does wet her cage overnight but if she was allowed to sleep in bed with her owners, she probably could go all night without any accidents.

She does great on walks but might do better with someone who has a yard. She could use patience to learn some leash manners-as she is easily distracted -like a typical puppy. Mia is adventurous and should always be on a leash unless in a secured enclosed fenced yard.  She is very observative and stops to see people, cars and other animals. She does good walking with another dog on the leash but sometimes will want to start a wrestling match mid walk.

She’s always by her owners side. She’ll watch a movie with you on the couch, wait for you by the shower and keep you company while you work if you work from home. She does need alot of attention so I think she would do best with someone who works from home and looks forward to helping her burn off her puppy energy in a positive way. She is so lovable and cuddley. She is very playful and loves her toys, and benebones seem to be her favorite. She has an obsession with water which we are working on. I try to constantly keep her water bowl full even if it isn’t empty yet. This way she is reassured water will always be there. I think this is something that can easily be worked on. It will take time but she has been progressing so much so far. She is such a pleasure to have around and will surely steal the hearts of her family forever.
